What's New In BusinessMind

Update 2022-03-14

Here at DCIT we’re always working to improve the BusinessMind platform by releasing new features, squashing bugs, and delivering fresh documentation. Here’s what we’ve been working on in the latest update.

Web/Mobile POS

We added support for new cloud native payment terminals for Chosen Payments. We also added backwards compatibility for legacy payment terminals so they can work with the Web/Mobile POS. In the long term it’s recommended to switch to cloud native payment terminals when possible, but the compatibility layer should provide good support for the forseeable future so that it’s not urgent to switch.

Bugs Squashed

  1. Fixed some rare rounding issues that could arise on returns when tax rates have very small fractional amounts.

  2. Improved security by adding support for long and super long tokens.
